The diverse band of people that are part of Æsir share a curiosity and interest in ideas and creation.  We indulged this curiosity in Fall 2010 when we invited an illustrious group of writers, editors, curators and critics and asked them to talk for one afternoon with a deliberately loose agenda.  The seven individuals discussed and debated a broad range of issues that included the role of expertise, the joy of making and the hunger for meaning and community these days.  We edited the output of this discussion into a publication that will be designed by Tom Hingston and printed during his residency at Edition Copenhagen this Winter. It will be available on Æsir’s website this Spring.

We plan for it to be the first of many such exercises.
